NHK Dukung IMI Road Safety Campaign 2010 Jakarta-Banyuwangi
Bagi anda yang hobi touring, rasanya event yang bakal digelar Pengurus Pusat Ikatan Motor Indonesia (PP IMI) wajib diikuti. Pasalnya IMI akan mengadakan Jambore Nasional yang dibarengi dengan IMI Road Safety Campaign 2010. Acaranya sendiri dimulai pada 17 April 2010 mendatang dengan menempuh rute perjalanan dari pelataran parkir IMI Jakarta hingga Banyuwangi Jawa-Timur.
Road Safety Campaign ini akan terbagi menjadi 4 etape yang masing-masing etape akan dilakukan setiap hari Sabtu dan Minggu saja.
Etape pertama hari pertama (Sabtu) akan menempuh rute Jakarta-Sukabumi dan akan berlanjut pada etape pertama hari kedua (Minggu) dari Sukabumi menuju Tasik. Etape ke dua hari pertama dari Tasik menuju Cirebon dan berlanjut pada etape kedua hari kedua dari Cirebon menuju Semarang. Etape ketiga hari pertama perjalanan akan dimulai dari Semarang menuju Jogyakarta dan etape ketiga hari kedua dari Jogyakarta menuju Kediri. Etape keempat hari pertama rombongan akan kembali bergerak dari Kediri menuju Jember dan pada etape terakhir perjalanan akan menempuh jalur Jember menuju Banyuwangi.
Sesuai dengan nama dan hal yang mendasari gelaran jambore IMI Road Safety Campaign 2010, seyogyanya jambore dan touring ini akan mebawa pesan dan himbauan kepada seluruh peserta pada khususnya dan masyarakat pada umumnya untuk turut aktif menggalakkan gerakan Safety Riding.
Seperti yang diungkapkan Supriyono selaku GM Marketing & PR PT Dana Persadaraya Motor Industry produsen helm NHK yang juga menjabat sebagai Ketua Pelaksana IMI Road Safety Campaign 2010 dan Pengurus IMI DKI bidang Pariwisata mengatakan, “Gathering atau Jambore ini dilandasi pada Road Safety Campaign, maka seluruh peserta diwajibkan memenuhi setiap aspek keselamatan berkendara. Mulai dari kelengkapan motor hingga perlengkapan berkendara seperti helm yang telah memenuhi standar,” paparnya.
“Penyelenggaraan Jambore Wisata yang dilandasi pada road safety ini, sekaligus memberikan contoh dalam segala hal yang berkaitan dengan road safety campaign pada masyarakat. Karena itulah dalam menyukseskan jalannya IMI Road Safety Campaign 2010, NHK turut memberikan dukungan pada penyelenggaraan event ini,” tambah lelaki bertubuh tegap ini.
Pendaftaran dapat dilakukan pada kantor Pengprof IMI di daerah masing-masing. Setiap peserta yang mengikuti event ini baik club atau perseorangan akan dikenakan biaya pendaftaran sebesar Rp 25.000 per motor.
Pada tiap etape, IMI telah meyiapkan segudang hadiah menarik bagi peserta IMI Road Safety Campaign 2010. Dan bagi peserta yang mengikuti jalannya IMI Road Safaty Campaign dari awal hingga akhir perjalanan, berpeluang untuk mendapatkan hadiah sebuah mobil.
