Yamaha Fazer 8: Sebentar Lagi

Yamaha akhirnya mengumumkan Fazer8 baru dengan mesin berkapasitas 799 cc. Dijadwalkan motor ini akan segera dipasarkan di Inggris pada musim panas tahun ini.

Hadirnya Fazer8 dan versi neked bike FZ8 diproyeksikan sebagai pengganti Yamaha Fazer 6 dan FZ6. Dengan hadirnya kedua varian ini, Yamaha meiliki tataran keluarga FZ dari 600cc hingga yang lebih besar, Fazer1000.

Seperti dikutip Motorcyclenews.com, bahwa Manager Divisi Sepeda Motor Yamaha Eropa Arno Sunotel mengatakan, “Ini adalah mesin baru dengan penekanan pada torsi dan pengendalian dan disain yang tegas. Untuk informasi lebih jauh tentang Fazer8 dan FZ8 akan di keluarkan pada 12 Maret mendatang.”

Motor ini diperkirakan akan berada dikisaran harga 6.000 poundsterling atau sekitar Rp 89 juta. Motorcyclenews.com juga menjelaskan ini adalah kali pertama Yamaha menunjukkan wujud motornya setelah launching di Turkish Motorcycle Show di Istanbul.
