Semangat Tiada Tanding menjadi spirit bagi PT. Suzuki Indomobil Sales untuk menggempur pasar motor Indonesia, khususnya di segmen low underbone bersama Suzuki Titan 115 cc.
Perjalan selama 51 hari melewati berbagai tantangan dan beragam kondisi jalan, cukuplah menjelaskan ketangguhan Suzuki Titan 115 cc ini.
“Tantangan terberat kami hanyalah melawan rasa lelah dan ngantuk. Pasalnya perjalan tiap harinya lebih dari 12 jam, bahkan saat memasuki Aceh dengan menempuh rute sejauh 701 km dalam sehari, jelas bukan hal yang mudah. Terlebih dari pagi kita dihajar oleh cuaca yang panas dan sorenya di guyur hujan yang lebat, tapi perjalanan harus terus berjalan. Alhamdulillah, hari ini, disini, kami berhasil menyelesaikan perjalanan Suzuki Jelajah Negeri 2010 sebagai bukti ketangguhan Suzuki Titan 115 cc,” jelas Tomy Ermawan selaku 2W Marketing Racing Event PT Suzuki Indomobil Sales yang mengukuti perjalan Jelajah Negeri sejak awal hingga akhir.
“Hebatnya, selama perjalanan ribuan kilo meter, kami tak menemui kendala berarti pada Suzuki Titan, hanya masalah pada ban yang bocor atau pecah saja. Mesinnya tetap optimal, diajak berlari di putaran bawah hingga atas dapet terus,” tambahnya.
Harlan Fadillah, pembalap Suzuki Jakarta yang juga turut dalam event Suzuki Jelajah Negeri 2010 meresa sangat beruntung dan berterimakasih kapada Suzuki yang telah melibatkan dirinya dalam Suzuki Jelajah Negeri ini. Pasalnya, selain bisa merasakan langsung ketangguhan Titan 115 cc di berbagai medan jalan, dirinya bisa menikmati alam Indonesia yang indah.
“Saya bersukur dan berterimakasih karena telah dilibatkan dalam Suzuki Jelajah Negeri 2010 ini. Selain merasakan ketangguhan Suzuki Titan, kami juga bisa menikmati indahnya alam Indonesia. Ternyata alam Indonesia itu begitu Indah dan saya harap saya akan dilibatkan pada event berikutnya agar bisa menikmati indahnya alam Indonesia,” jelas Harlan.
“Selama perjalanan, kecepatan umumnya bisa mencapai 125 km/jam. Behubung yang bawa motornya adalah pembalap, dalam kecepatan tinggi mereka menikung sampai dengkul mereka menempel di aspal. Karena di Sumatera dan beberapa kota lainnya jalannya sangat sepi dan beliku,” jelas Tomy Ermawan.
Lain halnya dengan pihak Dirlantas Mabes Polri yang mendampingi selama perjalan Suzuki Jelajah Negeri sejak awal hingga finish di Jakarta. Sesuai misi yang dibawa oleh peserta SJN yakni Safety Riding dan Go Green, maka pihak ditlantas lebih menekankan kearah safety riding.
“Kami dari pihak Dirlantas Mabes Polri lebih menekankan kepada kampanye keselamatan berkendara. Dua hal yang kami selalu tekankan kepada seluruh peserta, gunakan helm hingga berbunyi klik dan nyalakan lampu utama,” jelas Partoyo dari Dirlantas Mabes Polri yang juga ikut dalam perjalana SJN 2010.
“Karena keselamatan berkendara menjadi misi kami, kami dari kepolisian mengontrol mereka. Namanya pembalap, terkadang melihat jalan kosong langsung tancap gas, nah kami lah yang mengatur kapan mereka bisa tancap gas dan kapan mereka menahan diri demi keselamatan dan berkendara sopan,” kata Partoyo.
“Saya akui motor ini tangguh dan cepat mengingat jalur yang kita lalui sangat menantang dan beragam. Bahkan rekan kami dari Dirlantas wilayah Sumatera sampai terheran-heran dengan motor Suzuki Titan 115 cc ini. Mereka tanya motor apaan sih ini cepet banget, mobil yang saya bawa sudah diatas 100 km/jam tapi mereka masih menempel terus di belakang,” kata Partoyo mengenang ungkapan rekannya dari Dirlantas wilayah Sumatera.
Berakhirnya perjalan Suzuki Jelajah Negeri 2010 ini, bukan berati usai dan menghilang begitu saja. Kebersamaan selama 51 hari di perjalan membuat rasa persaudaraan mereka kian melekat. “Kami bukan lagi orang lain, tapi seperti saudara sendiri, seperti kakak dan adiknya,” ungkap Partoyo.
“Suzuki Titan menawarkan berbagai keunggulan yang tak ada pada motor lain dikelasnya. Ada empat areal besar yang dimiki Titan, sesain yang sporti, mesin baru 115 cc, value for money serta hemat bahan bakar, ” ungkap Joko Utomo, Deputi General Manager Pemasaran PT Suzuki Indomobil Sales.
Selain perubahan pada kapasitas mesin, Titan juga mengusung rancang bangun baru. Diameter silindernya kini berukuran 51 mm dan langkah 55.2 mm atau lebih panjang dari Smash. Karena itu out put tenaga yang dihasilkan dari mesin Titan lebih baik dari Suzuki Smash.
