GilaMotor, JAKARTA.- Melihat kontribusi yang cukup tinggi pada varian Honda Vario Techno CBS, PT. Astra Honda Motor (AHM) kembali memperkenalkan skutik baru Honda Vario Techno guna meningkatkan penjualan sekaligus memberikan pilihan baru bagi konsumen Honda.
Direktur Marketing PT AHM Julius Aslan mengungkapkan salah satu alasan konsumen membeli Vario Techno CBS adalah karena desain bodynya yang sangat menarik. Melihat hal ini, AHM memutuskan untuk memberikan apresiasi terhadap model tersebut dengan merilis varian baru yaitu Vario Techno dengan harga yang relatif lebih terjangkau.
“Kami memberikan tambahan pilihan ke konsumen dengan menghadirkan Vario Techno yang mengaplikasikan desain bodi Vario Techno CBS namun dengan standar sistem pengereman pada rem belakang, sama dengan skutik Honda yang lain. Konsumen akan mendapatkan pilihan skutik baru dengan harga lebih terjangkau,” ujar Julius dalam siaran persnya
Honda Vario Techno baru ini akan dipasarkan dengan harga Rp 14.800.000 on the road DKI Jakarta.
Varian baru ini akan memiliki empat pilihan warna yaitu Orion Black, Galactic Blue, Mars Red,  Cosmic White dan striping baru yang terlihat lebih menarik dan dinamis, sesuai selera anak muda. Model ini diharapkan terjual sebanyak 45.000 unit per bulan.
Secara keseluruhan, dengan adanya varian baru ini, AHM menargetkan penjualan sebanyak 75.000 unit Vario Series.
Untuk merealisasikan hal ini, AHM juga melakukan refreshment terhadap dua produk skutik, yaitu Vario Casting Wheel (CW) dan Vario Techno CBS dengan melakukan perubahan tampilan pada bagian striping dan kombinasi warna.
Pada Vario CW, AHM memberikan striping baru berkonsep fashionable, advanced, dan exclusive. Vario CW hadir dalam empat pilihan warna yaitu velvet black, glam red, posh white, dan slink pink. Vario CW akan dijual dengan harga Rp 14.300.000 on the road DKI Jakarta.
Sementara itu, refreshment terhadap Vario Techno CBS dilakukan dengan memberikan striping baru berkonsep advanced futuristic. Tampilan Vario ini terlihat semakin mewah dan berkelas. AHM memasarkannya dengan harga Rp 15.790.000. on the road Jakarta.
Selain itu, refreshment juga diterapkan pada kombinasi warna baru pada beberapa bagian seperti rear grab dan handle cover. Untuk warna body, Vario Techno CBS memiliki tiga varian warna, yaitu comet black, aurora violet, andromeda white.
Honda mengklaim bahwa Vario Techno CBS merupakan salah satu skutik Honda yang memiliki fitur safety terlengkap di kelasnya. Selain Combi Brake System, skutik ini juga dibekali dengan fitur safety yang dimiliki varian skutik Honda lain, seperti side stand switch (standar samping otomatis), brake lock (tuas pengunci rem), dan auto key shutter.
“Kami yakin pangsa pasar Honda akan semakin membaik di segmen skutik setelah ada varian baru Vario Techno dan refreshment  atas Vario CW dan Vario Techno CBS ini,” ungkap Senior General Manager Sales Division PT AHM Sigit Kumala.
