GilaMotor, MALANG.- Bersamaan dengan Amazing Journey di Bromo (25/9  – 26/9), Yamaha New Scorpio Z secara resmi diluncurkan oleh Yamaha Motor Kencana Indonesia (YMKI) dengan bandrol harga Rp 23,5 juta on the road Jakarta.

Hadir dengan tampilan yang lebih fresh dan gagah, YMKI mencoba memberi jawaban atas permintaan pasar motor sport yang menginginkan motor dengan tampilan lebih gagah dan bertenaga.

Masalah desain rasanya tak perlu dibicarakan lagi. Pasalnya walau hanya sekelebat pandang, tampilan New Scorpio Z jelas berbeda dibanding generasi sebelumnya yang terlihat lebih kurus. Dari depan hingga buritan, New Scorpio Z telah mendapat penyempurnaan desain.

Jika ditelaah dari segi tenaga dapur pacunya, memang sedikit terjadi penurunan tenaga kudanya. Kendati demikian, rasanya hal itu bukan masalah dan persoalan besar. New Scorpio Z cukup membuktikan jawaban Yamaha atas keluhan pada masalah suspensi yang ambalas. Ini juga bisa dilihat dari desain buritan Scorpio Z yang sekarang sedikit lebih nungging dibanding generasi sebelumnya. Saat membawa penumpang belakang pun, penurunan bodi nya masih dalam batas normal. Dan yang terpenting tanpa ada kejadian ban belakang mentok di spatboardnya.
