Jelang akhir musim balap 2010, FIM telah mengumumkan kalender sementara MotoGP musim 2011. Dalam agenda balap MotoGP 2011 mendatang, akan digelar sebanyak 18 seri.
Seperti musim balap 2010, musim balap 2011 juga akan kembali dimulai di sirkuit Losail, Qatar pada 20 Maret 2011 mendatang. Dan para pembalap akan kembali disuguhkan dengan suasa eksotis sirkuit Losail pada malam hari.
