Perusahaan berusia 180 tahun asal Perancis yang memulai bisnisnya sebagai produsen plana untuk berkuda, menutupi beberapa bagian V-MAX dengan beberapa bahan kulit terbaik.
Menurut Yamaha dan Hermes, gagasan itu hadir untuk memperkuat garis-garis obyek yang unik sebagai kekuatan emosional.
Pelapisan bahan kulit dilakukan pada bagian-bagian non teknis V-MAX seperti tangki, jok, penahan lumpur depan atau spatbor, silencer knalpot dan hand grip.
Sentuhan finishing juga dilakukan pada panel instrument dan knalpot dengan warna krom sehingga menampilkan perpaduan antara aspek teknik dan kulit sebagai motor impian.
Kerjasama dengan Yamaha ini bukanlah kali pertama bagi Hermes. 15 tahun silam, rumah mode ini pernah pengerjakan produk Yamaha, Virago.
Motor berkapasitas 1.679 cc dengan konfigurasi mesin V4 ini dilengkapi dengan teknologi andalan Yamaha, YCC-I pada intake nya dan YCC-T fly by wire. Moge Yamaha ini dibandrol sekitra Rp 300 juta-an.
