Suzuki Pamer Motor CBU

GilaMotor, JAKARTA.- Perhelatan Jakarta Motorcycle Show (JMCS) 2010 secara resmi telah dibuka oleh Wakil Menteri Perindustrian Alex S.W Retraubun, Rabu (3/10) yang diikuti oleh 5 ATPM anggota AISI dan 2 ATPM non AISI.

Dalam perhelatan akbar ini, PT Suzuki Indomobil Sales (SIS) selaku ATPM Suzuki di Indonesia, menghadirkan jajaran motor-motor CBU ber cc besar yang langsung dikirim dari Jepang.

Menurut Joko Utomo, Deputy General Marketing PT SIS, Suzuki ingin memperlihatkan kekuatan di segmen motor-motor sport.

“Keberadaan motor-motor sport CBU Suzuki ini hadir sebagai kekuatan brand image Suzuki khususnya dalam ajang JMCS 2010 ini,” papar Joko.

Di barisan paling depan, Suzuki memajang Suzuki Gladius 400 cc ABS. Gladius 400 dengan ABS pertama kali hadir pada Oktober tahun 2009 silam di Tokyo Motor Show. Kini Suzuki memboyongnya ke JMCS. Selain Gladius 400 ABS, Suzuki menghadirkan GSX-R 600.

Tak hanya itu, sesuai tema gelaran JMCS kali ini, Safety Riding & Eco Friendly, Suzuki juga menghadirkan sebuah konsep motor listrik, Town Kart.

Kehadiran motor konsep dan motor-motor CBU Suzuki, merupakan bagian dari tag line Suzuki, Change & Challenge, sebagai semangat perwujudan untuk menjawab tantangan di tahun mendatang.

Menurut Joko, perubahan ini akan membawa Suzuki untuk lebih proaktif dan lebih responsif menjawab tantangan-tantangan kedepan.

“Change and Challenge menjelaskan bahwa Suzuki akan melakukan segenap perubahan untuk menghadapi tantangan kedepannya dengan lebih proaktif dan lebih responsif. Selain itu, dari tag line ini juga terdapat rencana jangka panjang untuk akselerasi yang lebih cepat lagi agar tak tertinggal,” pungkas Joko.
