YCR 2011 : Ridwan De Aji Tak Terbendung di Kelas 115 cc Seeded

GILAMOTOR.com, Makassar. – Sejak bendera start di kibarkan, Ridwan De Aji dari tim WOM Finance IRC Rextor Solthana RT asal kota Bantaeng yang start di posisi pertama kejuaraan Yamaha Cup Race 2011 di Sirkuit Trans Studio, Makassar, terus melesat kencang.

Namun demikian, rival-rival nya dari tim lain tak membiarkan pebalap kelahiran Boyolali, 22 tahun silam ini bisa melenggang sendirian di depan. Bobby Alfiantara dari Watampone, Anis KS dari Pare – Pare, Herman Bass dari Pare – Pare dan Hamka Ahmad dari Goa serta Richard Taroreh dari Kotamobagu, terus memberikan tekanan.

Ridwan yang tampil tenang di kelas bebek 115 cc 4 Langkah Tune Up Seeded (MP2), berhasil mempertahankan posisinya hingga separuh jalannya balapan.

Bobby Alfiantara yang start di belakang Ridwan, perlahan namun pasti terus memberikan tekanan hingga 10 putaran pertama. Akhirnya, Bobby yang tampil cukup memukau berhasil memberi perlawanan dengan mengambil alih posisi Ridwan di depan.

Susul menyusul antara Bobby dan Ridwan sempat terjadi beberapa kali. Terlihat jelas kedua pebalap ini tampil ngotot untuk menjadi yang terbaik. Naas, Bobby terjatuh di putaran – puataran akhir.

Jatuhnya Bobby, dengan sendirinya memberi keuntungan pada Anis KS yang berada dibelakangnya. Namun posisi Ridwan yang sudah jauh melaju di depan, tak mampu merubah posisi Anis di urutan kedua.

Ridwan finish di posisi pertama dengan peraihan angka sebanyak 50 poin. Anis KS di posisi kedua dengan perolehan angka 36 poin, disusul oleh Herman Bass di posisi ketiga dengan perolehan angka 29 poin.

“Saya sempat saling susul dengan Bobby, tapi akhirnya Bobby terjatuh dan saya melenggang sendirian didepan. Bobby, Anis KS dan pebalap lainnya sengat kuat. Tapi saya berhasil mempertahankan posisi saya,” terang Ridwan.

“Kuncinya, saya berusaha tenang, konsentrasi dan jangan bernafsu karena sirkuitnya banyak tikungan yang berpasir dan aspalnya banyak yang bergelombang. Sedikit saja saya lengah, mereka bisa mencuri posisi saya atau bahkan saya bisa terjatuh seperi yang dialami Bobby,” tambahnya.

Selain dikelas bebek 115 cc, Ridwan juga berhasil meraih posisi pertama dikelas Bebek 125 cc 4 Langkah Tune Up Seeded.

Dengan perolehan kemenangannya ini, Ridwan berhasil meraih tiket untuk mengikuti babak kualifikasi menuju Yamaha Asian Cup (YAC) di Jakarta akhir tahun mendatang bersama Anis KS dan juara dikelas lainnya.
