Dalam acara Bedah Teknologi Motor India bersama TVS yang dilaksanakan pada 25 – 26 Juni 2011 di Cisarua, Bogor, secara gamblang TVS menjelaskan teknologi dan fitur hasil karya mereka yang diusung motor-motor TVS.

TVS menjelaskan, bahwa fitur dan teknologi yang diusungnya tak kalah dengan motor Jepang dan ada beberapa fitur yang memang tak dimiliki oleh motor Jepang. Bahkan TVS berani menjamin garansi mesin motor mereka selama 5 tahun.

Seperti pada motor TVS Neo X3i 110 yang dilengkapi dengan Digital Ignation Mapping. Motor yang pernah diuji ketangguhannya dengan menarik mobil double cabin seberat 2.35 ton tanpa ada masalah, telah diperkaya dengan fitur dan teknologi khas TVS. TVS menjelaskan, kekuatan Neo X3i ini berkat dukungan Duralife Engine dengan 4 F Technology.

F pertama adalah Roller Cam Follower Technology yang mampu mengurangi gesekan pada permukaan contact. TVS mengklain, dengan pengaplikasian Roller Cam Follower Technology mesin akan lebih tahan lama dan efisien dalam mengkonsumsi bahan bakar. Karena permukaan yang bergesekan dapat diminimalkan dengan pemanfaatan roller cam.

F kedua adalah Low Friction Piston Ring. Piston ring yang diaplikasi pada Neo X3i ini memiliki ukuran yang lebih tipis dari ukuran piston ring pada umumnya, sehingga gesekan antara dinding piston dan ring dapat dikurangi. Hal ini dikatakan TVS juga berimbas pada ketahanan mesin dan konsumsi bahan bakar yang lebih efisien.

F ketiga adalah Teflon Guide Tensioner. Bagian ini sudah dilapisi dengan teflon yang berfungsi untuk mengurangi gesekan antara cam chain atau rantai keteng dengan chain tensioner. Dengan pengaplikasian komponen tersebut, TVS menjelaskan bahwa kerja rantai keteng akan semakin ringan dan berimbas pada konsumsi bahan bakar yang lebih efisien. Selain itu, rantai keteng akan semakin awet.

Dan F yang keempat adalah Low Friction Advence Lub Circuit. Dengan sistem ini, selain gir transmisi direndam di dalam oli juga disemprot melalui rangkaian pipa yang posisinya di atas. Selain itu, semprotan oli juga ada yang menuju dinding silinder. Dengan teknologi ini suhu piston akan tetap terjaga sehingga lebih tahan lama. Proses penyemprotan oli dilakukan dari pompa yang bekerja menyemprotkan oli hingga 5 liter per menit pada 8.000 rpm yang mengurangi resiko oli mampat.

Dengan empat teknologi itu, TVS menjelaskan bahwa ada 3 keuntungan yang dihasilkan yakni mesin akan rendah gesekan, durabilitas mesin yang lama dan mesin akan lebih bertenaga dan hemat bahan bakar.

Empat teknologi ini bukan hanya ada pada Neo X3i saja, tapi semua motor TVS seperti RockZ dan motor sport Apache RTR 160 juga telah mengaplikasi teknologi yang sama.
