Suzuki Tingkatkan Layanan dan Dealer

GILAMOTOR.com, Jakarta. – Suzuki Indonesia akan kembangkan dan tingkatkan layanan purna jualnya untuk memudahkan pelayanan kepada seluruh konsumennya.

Memasuki tahun 2012, Suzuki tak hanya akan menghadirkan produk-produk baru tapi juga menambah jaringan dealer di wilayah Indonesia. Kurangnya jaringan dealer Suzuki dan pelayanan yang baik ke konsumen di beberapa wilayah Indonesia, disinyalir menjadi penyebab anjloknya penjualan motor Suzuki.

Menurut Paulus Sugih Firmanto, Direktur Penjualan dan Pemasaran PT Suzuki Indomobil Sales 2W, keberhasilan suatu brand di pasar bukan hanya kerena produknya, tapi juga adanya pemenuhan kebutuhan konsumen, layanan purna jual yang baik, jaringan distribusi dan lembaga pembiayaan atau leasing.

“Keberhasilan merek bukan hanya karena produknya, tapi layanan purna jual yang baik juga menjadi faktor penting dalam bisnis sepeda motor di Tanah Air. Perlahan kami akan memperbaiki pelayanan dan pengembangan jaringan motor Suzuki di Indonesia,” papar Paulus saat berbincang dengan GilaMotor.com di Jakarta, Kamis (6/10) kemarin.

Selain itu, kata Paulus, pemangkasan jalur distribusi juga perlu dilakukan untuk mempermudah dan mempercepat ketersedian unit dan suku cadangnya di dealer-dealer Suzuki.

Saat ini Suzuki memiliki sekitar 1.000 jaringan dealer di seluruh Indonesia. Namun demikian, 30% dari total jaringan itu tak bekerja secara maksimal. “Kami akan merangkul semua jaringan dealer untuk membangkitkan semangat bisnis motor Suzuki. Kami akan terus jalin komunikasi yang baik agar tercipta kesamaan visi antara dealer dan pusat,” tambahnya.

“Tahun 2012 kami akan mengembangkan 200 jaringan dealer Suzuki baru dengan fasilitas layanan 3S (Sales, Service dan Sparepart),” pungkasnya.
