Two Brothers Diluncurkan, Kawasaki Siapkan Layanan Khusus

GILAMOTOR.com, Jakarta. – Usai membuktikan diri sebagai produsen motor yang memfokuskan diri di segmen motor pehobi dan gaya hidup dengan meluncukan moge Ninja ZX-6R, PT Kawasaki Motor Indonesia (KMI) kembali meluncurkan dua moge terbarunya, ER-6n dan Ninja 650, Jum’at (25/11) di La Piazza, Jakarta.

ER-6n dan Ninja 650 hadir dengan spesifikasi yang sama, hanya dibedakan dari tampilannya saja. ER-6n hadir sebagai sport touring dengan konsep naked bike sementara Ninja 650 hadir dengan konsep sport touring full fairing.

Kawasaki membandrol ER-6n seharga Rp 99 juta on the road (otr) Jakarta dan Ninja 650 dengan harga Rp 104 juta otr Jakarta.

Mitsuhiko Okada, Director of Marketing PT KMI menjelaskan, kehadiran dua moge bersaudara ini merupakan perwujudan keinginan Kawasaki yang selalu ingin menghadirkan terobosan baru bagi industri otomotif roda dua Indonesia.

“Tak hanya dimensi dan kapasitas mesin yang besar, semua komponen dari ke dua motor ini mewakili sosok premium bike sejati bagi mereka yang mengidam-idamkan sebuah motor premium Jepang,” terang lelaki Jepang yang akrab disapa Okada San.

Two Brothers ini dibekali mesin 649 cc twin parallel, DOHC, 8 valve dengan transmisi 6 percepatan. Tenaga yang dihasilkan mesin ER-6n dan Ninja 650 diklaim Kawasaki mencapai 72.1 hp pada 8.500 rpm dan torsi mencapai 64 Nm pada 7.000 rpm.

Penambahan dua moge yang tersegmentasi pada kelas premium, maka layanan after sales nya pun akan menyesuaikan segementasinya. Khusus untuk moge, Kawasaki tengah menyiapkan pelayan premium di antaranya sistem jemput motor saat akan melakukan service.

“Karena motornya sudah beda atau premium, maka jaringan harus mengubah konsep pelayanannya untuk menyesuaikan segmentasinya. Jaringan juga mempersiapkan layanan jemput untuk service jika ada konsumen yang lokasinya jauh dari bengkel,” ujar Reiner M. Sitorus, Sales Promotion KDD Departement Marketing & Sales Division.

Lebih jauh Reiner menjelaskan, Kawasaki Indonesia akan mempersiapkan beragam pelayanan kelas premium bagi konsumen motor-motor besar Kawasaki. Saat ini, Kawasaki sudah mempersiapkan 25 jaringan dealer di kota-kota besar di seluruh Indonesia yang telah memenuhi standar pelayanan kelas premium, 10 jaringan di antaranya ada di Jakarta.

“Ke depan tentunya kami akan menambah jaringan yang siap melayani motor-motor premium Kawasaki,” tegas Reiner.
