Mengawali tahun 2012, Ducati Indonesia melalui PT Supermoto Indonesia (PT SI) kembali memperkenalkan varian terbaru motor Ducati. Ducati Streetfighter 848 sukses diluncurkan sebagai komitmen Ducati Indonesia untuk memanjakan para pecinta Ducati di Indonesia.
“Ducati Streetfighter 848 ini dibanderol Rp 290 juta on the road Jakarta dan motor ini boleh dibilang merupakan adik dari varian Streetfighter 1100 yang telah diperkenalkan ke publik sekitar 2 tahun lalu,” buka Agustus Sani Nugroho, selaku Presiden Direktur PT Supermoto Indonesia.
Motor yang menggunakan basic frame dan engine tipe Superbike 848 dengan luaran tenaga 132 HP diluncurkan di Gandaria City, Jakarta pada Minggu, 18 Maret 2012.
“Motor ini tetap mewarisi karakter motor naked yang sangar dan agressif khas Ducati tentunya. Kami menargetkan 14 unit terjual hingga akhir tahun 2012 dan semoga jadi awal kebangkitan Ducati di Indonesia,” beber AS Nugroho.
Dan bukan hanya karakter sport nya yang kental, motor Streetfighter 848 ini juga dilengkapi dengan beberapa teknologi dan fitur yang mengutamakan kenyamanan dan keselamatan. “Setiap unit motor ini telah dilengkapi Ducati Traction Control (DTC) yaitu sistem yang memastikan putaran roda belakang akan langsung menyesuaikan dengan putaran roda depan jika terjadi slip akibat jalanan licin misalnya,” lanjut AS Nugroho.
Hadir dengan 3 warna (Merah, Kuning dan Hitam), Streetfighter 848 siap memenuhi kepuasan berkendara bagi para pecinta Moge di Tanah Air.
