GILAMOTOR.com, Jakarta. – Mantapss.. Hanya dalam waktu kurang dari 10 bulan, Suzuki Motor Indonesia berhasil meraih jempol (like) di facebook fan nya hingga lebih dari 400 ribu like.

Merayakan pencapaian yang luar biasa itu, bersamaan dengan gelaran Otobursa Tumplek Blek di Plaza Parkir Timur Senayan, Glora Bung Karno, Jakarta, Suzuki melakukan syukuran dengan potong tumpeng bersama para anggota komunitas dan klub motor Suzuki, pada Minggu 13 Mei 2012 .

“Agustus tahun lalu jumlah fans Suzuki mungkin hanya sekitar 20 ribuan. Dan setelah itu kami fokus mengembangkan medianya para komunitas dan pecinta motor Suzuki sebagai wadah sharingnya di facebook fan nya. Dan tepat kemarin sore jumlah fan nya mencapai 500 ribu,” papar Paulus S. Firmanto, Direktur Penjualan dan Pemasaran PT Suzuki Indomobil Sales 2W di booth Suzuki.

Paulus menjelaskan, fans itu adalah komunitas yang paling penting bagi sebuah produk. Berawal dari situ brand atau produk bisa mendapatkan feed back dan berawal dari situ pula brand bisa menyebarkan WOM berita positif untuk menyebarkan produknya.

“Dibentuknya fan page ini adalah wadah bagi mereka yang memiliki minat terhadap motor, baik itu pecinta motor Suzuki atau brand lain. Di dalam fan page itu kita isi dengan beragam konten yang diminati oleh mereka. Jadi tidak melulu tantang Suzuki, tapi konten tetang kebutuhan informasi bagi pengguna sepeda motor seperti tips, musik, film dan beragam informasi lain,” kata dia.

Selain itu, lanjut Paulus, para fans khusunya para pemulik motor Suzuki bisa berinteraksi langsung dengan Suzuki Motor Indonesia.

Tak mudah untuk meraih angka itu. Pasalnya sejak Agustus tahun lalu, Suzuki melakukan perombakan tim social media hingga pola pemberian konten pada setiap posting di fan page nya. “Kita kerja 24 jam. Karena di sosial media itu kita tak boleh lengah. Kami menambah personil di tim sosial media hingga 14 orang,” jelasnya.

Suzuki tak memasang target muluk di tahun 2012 ini. Menurut Paulus, target Suzuki bukan lagi mengejar jumlah fan tapi bagaimana me-maintance fan page itu agar lebih bermanfaat bagi fans dengan konten yang lebih baik dan bermanfaat. Mantapsss..
