GILAMOTOR.com. – Bukan rahasia lagi kalau pabrikan Yamaha bakal menghadirkan sport bike 250cc. Fokusnya tentu untuk memperlebar segmentasi pasar dan mengganggu hegemoni Ninja 250R dan Honda CBR250R. Bahkan majalah yang cukup berpengaruh di Jepang, Young Machine, beberapa kali mengabarkan rumor itu. Terakhir mereka memberikan gambaran desain motor 250cc itu memiliki garis desain mirip YZF-R125.

Baru-baru ini rumor kembali berhembus kalau Yamaha nggak cuma bikin sport bike 250cc full fairing, tapi versi nakednya juga. Visordown mengungkapkan, versi naked itu kemungkinan berlebel FZ250. Soalnya FZ series memang jadi lebel produk naked bike Yamaha macam FZ8, FZ16 dan FZ-FZ lainnya.

Seperti Kawasaki yang punya Ninja 250R dan Z250, lalu Honda dengan CBR250R dan versi telanjangnya masih dalam proses pengembangan, Yamaha juga nggak mau ketinggalan.

Versi naked 250 itu diperkirakan menggunakan mesin dan sasis yang sama dengan versi fairing.
