Kata Rossi Tentang Insiden Lorenzo – Marquez : Inilah Balapan

GILAMOTOR.com – Bicara masalah perseteruan Lorenzo dan Marquez akibat insiden tikungan terakhir Jerez, Rossi pun kembali bercerita tentang overtaking yang controversial tahun 2005 lalu antara dirinya dan Sete Gibernau.

Rossi menggambarkan bahwa itu hanya sebuah balapan yang keras di lap-lap akhir dan di tikungan terakhir.

Sebelumnya, Jorge Lorenzo membuat kesalahan dengan membiarkan celah kepada Marc Marquez untuk melewatinya dari sudut sempit di tikungan terakhir hingga motor mereka saling bersenggolan. “Menurut pendapatku itu tentu sebuah serangan keras, overtake keras dari Marc – karena mereka bersenggolan,” ucap Rossi, rekan satu tim Lorenzo.

“Tapi Anda tahu itu adalah lap terakhir, tikungan terakhir dan tentu saja setiap pembalap yang ada di belakang akan akan mencoba susuatu untuk meraih hasil terbaik. Jorge membiarkan pintu terbuka dan Marc melewatinya dari sisi dalam. Itu sesuatu yang bisa terjadi dalam balapan.”

Tak mengheran, kata-kata pembelaan Rossi kembali bergema setelah insiden serupa dengan Gibernau. “Aku melewatinya di tikungan terakhir. Tentu itu adalah pergerakan keras dan tentu saja Sete marah – tapi inilah balapan,” ucap Rossi.
