AHM Kembali Raih IMAC Award

GILAMOTOR.com – PT Astra Honda Motor (AHM) kembali mendapat apresiasi publik. Kali ini Indonesia Most Admired Companies (IMAC) Award 2013 kembali diberikan oleh Majalah Bloomberg Businessweek dan Frontier Consulting Group.

Sebelumnya, Bloomberg Bussinessweek dan Frontier Consulting Group melakukan survei terhadap 2.350 responden dari berbagai kalangan seperti stock holder/investor dan wartawan ekonomi dan industri, pelaku bisnis serta publik. Survei dilakukan dengan cara face to face interview, telephone interview, dan online survey.

Penilaian diambil dengan mengacu pada beberapa kriteria yaitu, Quality, Performance, Responsibility dan Attractiveness. Secara quality, penilaian dilakukan terhadap 4 hal yaitu tingginya perhatian terhadap konsumen, kualitas produk/jasa, keterpercayaan perusahaan, dan inovasi perusahaan. Performace dilihat dari peluang perusahaan untuk tumbuh dan berkembang dan pengelolaan yang baik.

Sementara itu, penilaian dimensi responsibility dilakukan berdasar kepedulian perusahaan terhadap lingkungan dan tanggung jawab sosialnya. Dan dimensi attractiveness penilaiannya dilakukan pada kepemilikan perusahaan terhadap karyawan berkualitas dan sebagai tempat kerja idaman.

“Penghargaan ini setidaknya menggambarkan pengakuan publik atas produk dan layanan terbaik yang kami dedikasikan sehingga mampu menghasilkan citra positif perusahaan dari tahun ke tahun,” ujar Direktur Pemasaran AHM, Margono Tanuwujaya dalam keterangan resminya, Kamis (13/6).

Ini adalah kali kelima AHM mendapat penghargaan itu dan sekaligus menambah daftar panjang penghargaan yang telah diterima AHM pada tahun 2013.
