GILAMOTOR.com – Tahun ini Honda kembali memfasilitasi konsumennya yang mau mudik Lebaran melalui Mudik Bareng Honda (MBH). Dengan biaya murah, pemudik bisa mendapatkan pelayanan yang super-duper istimewa.

Sayangnya, nggak semua konsumen Honda bisa mendapatkan fasilitas ini. Solanya Honda hanya memberangkatkan 2.400 orang dan mengkut 1.200 motor milik peserta MBH dengan biaya Rp 100 ribu. Tapi anehnya juga, meski ada pelayanan macam itu dari produsen, masih banyak pengendara yang memilih mudik dengan mengendarai motor selama berjam-jam. Alasannya, “Itulah seninya mudik”.

Nah, untuk membantu dan memudahkan pemudik dengan motor, Honda menyediakan Bale Santai Honda (BSH) yang didirikan di beberapa titik jalur mudik selama periode mudik dan balik Lebaran. Nggak cuma buat yang mudik naik motor aja sih, BSH juga boleh disinggahi oleh pemudik yang menggunakan mobil pribadi. Program ini berlangsung mulai 4-11 Agustus 2013.

BSH bakal hadir di Lampung hingga Bali di 25 lokasi, terdiri dari 17 posko 24 jam non stop yang berada di Natar Lampung, Serang, Balaraja, Pamanukan, Cerebon, Tegal, Ungaran, Caruban, Mojokerto, Mendoyo, Tasikmalaya, Cianjur, Nagrek, Banyumas, Kemrajen, Malang dan Pasuruan.

Bagi pemudik yang mau melepas lelah atau ngadem setelah berpanas-panasan riding dari Jakarta, bisa mampir ke BSH. Ruangan yang disediakan ber-AC loh. Terus di BSH juga menyediakan takjil untuk yang mau berbuka puasa, mushollah, minuman ringan gratis. Kalau mau pijat-pijat juga bisa. Honda menyediakan alat pijat elektrik. Jadi kalau badan mulai terasa pegal setelah riding jauh, bisa pijet dulu. Cek kesehatan secara gratis juga ada.

Selain Posko 24 jam, Honda juga menyediakan 8 AHASS Siaga 16 jam dengan waktu operasi dari jam 07.00-23.00. Lokasinya ada di Tulang Bawang dan Kalianda Lampung, Karawang dan Indramayu Jawa Barat, Batang Jawa Tengah, Magelang, Tuban dan Banyuwangi Jawa Timur.

Di setiap Posko dan AHASS Siaga, AHM dan jaringan main dealer menyiapkan beragam layanan bagi para pemudik sepeda motor, antara lain konsultasi teknis sepeda motor Honda, tune up dan servis ringan secara gratis. Serta diskon khusus spare part Honda.

AHM dan jaringan main dealer juga menyiagakan 40 Honda CARE (Customer Assistance and Road Emergency) dari Lampung sampai Bali. Siap membantu pemudik yang mengalami masalah dengan motornya di tengah jalan selama periode 2-11 Agustus 2013.

“Beragam layanan untuk pemudik ini kami berikan untuk memberikan layanan terbaik serta menemani masyarakat Indonesia menjalankan ibadah di bulan suci Ramadhan sebelum mereka bersilaturahmi bersama keluarga di kampung halaman.” ujar Istiyani Susriyati, GM Honda Customer Care Center (HC3) Division.
