Ekspedisi Nusantara, Tiga Motor Sport Honda Akan Libas Jalan Sejauh 8,000 km

GILAMOTOR.com – PT Astra Honda Motor (AHM) kembali menggelar kembali touring lintas pulau dengan total jarak lebih dari 8.000 km. Menggunakan 3 tipe motor sport Honda, Ekspedisi Nusantara ini bukan sekedar turing biasa karena mengusung beragam misi sosial dan budaya sebagai salah satu bentuk perhatian dan kontribusi Honda terhadap Indonesia.

Berbekal kesuksesan Ekspedisi Nusantara 2012, AHM mengadakan kegiatan sejenis tahun ini yang mengusung tema Satu Hati untuk Negeri.

Jelajah nusantara tahun ini menggunakan 3 tipe motor sport yaitu Honda CB150R StreetFire, Honda Verza, dan New Honda MegaPro FI. Sebanyak 12 rider terbaik yang diseleksi dari berbagai klub Honda di Indonesia akan menguji performa dan ketangguhan mesin ketiga model motor sport Honda ini mulai dari titik nol terbarat Indonesia di pulau Weh, Sabang, Aceh hingga titik nol Katulistiwa di Kota Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. Turing tiga pulau Sumatra-Jawa-Kalimantan ini diperkirakan berlangsung selama 23 hari ini.

Direktur Pemasaran AHM Margono Tanuwijaya mengatakan ketiga model motor sport Honda yang digunakan dalam turing berjarak ribuan kilometer ini merupakan andalan perusahaan di pasar motor nasional. Penerimaan yang positif dari masyarakat terhadap ketiga model ini mengantarkan Honda mampu merebut posisi pemimpin segmen motor sport pada bulan Januari 2014.

Ketangguhan, kenyamanan berkendara, posisi berkendara terbaik, dan fitur-fitur yang dihadirkan tiga model sepeda motor sport Honda menjadi modal utama para rider dalam menaklukkan jarak lebih dari 8.000 KM.

Honda CB150R StreetFire didesain menggunakan rangka inovatif tipe truss atau trellis yang ringan namun memiliki kekuatan tinggi sehingga tangguh di berbagai kondisi jalan serta sistem suspensi belakang Pro-Link yang stabil dan nyaman.

Honda Verza pun didukung sistem suspensi ganda yang kuat dan tangguh (heavy duty twin suspension) untuk menunjang beban optimal dalam berbagai kondisi jalan. Sementara New Honda MegaPro FI mengaplikasikan fitur Adjustable Monoshock yang membuatnya nyaman dikendarai.

Ketiga model sport Honda ini pun juga sudah dilengkapi teknologi injeksi PGM-FI yang membuat mesin memiliki performa yang bertenaga, responsif, dan hemat bahan bakar serta lebih ramah lingkungan.
