Honda Siapkan Penerus Tiger

GILAMOTOR.com – Honda Tiger dipastikan akan jadi legenda ‘macan’ terakhir Honda setelah PT Astra Honda Motor (AHM) menegaskan kalau Tiger sudah tidak diproduksi lagi.

“Perbulan ini Honda Tiger sudah tidak diproduksi lagi,” tegas Margono Tanuwijaya, Direktur Marketing AHM di sela-sela peluncuran New Blade 125FI dan New Vario FI 110 di Jakarta (28/3).

Namun demikian, Honda tak serta merta meninggalkan para pecinta Tiger begitu saja setelah motor sport legendaries Honda itu di-discontinue.

“Kami sedang mencari pengganti yang tepat untuk Honda Tiger,” yakin Margono. Karena menurut Margono, motor sport yang pertamakali hadir di Indonesia pada tahun 1993 ini masih tinggi peminat.

Rumor beredar kalau penerus Honda Tiger akan menggunakan mesin 250cc PGM-FI dengan basis rangka dan mesin milik CBR250R.
