Well, berbagai permasalahan timbul hingga menyulut kekecewaan dan ketidak percayaan para bikers kepada bengkel modifikasi tertentu.

Kalau disimak dari beberapa forum di media on line. Rasanya hampir semua bengkel modifikasi penah mendapat hujatan dari pelanggannya. Dan yang menarik, bengkel tersebut bukanlah bengkel yang baru nongol kemaren sore.

Umumnya bengkel itu udah melanglang buana yang umurnya udah tahunan. Bahkan puluhan tahun dan sering ngantongin berbagai piala lomba modifikasi.

Loh, kok bisa begitu yah? Jawabannya sederhana. Masalah tips memilih bengkel modifikasi sepertinya sudah luar biasa banyak diulas di berbagai media. Baik yang komersil atau pun independen alias blogger. Terus ngatasin nya gimana?
Percaya atau tidak, masalah seperti ini tak akan selesai dalam waktu dekat. Manusia tak ada yang sempurna bro. Pasti gak bisa lepas dari yang namanya salah. Bukannya ngebela nih. Tapi apa mau dikata memang begitu adanya. Gak usah kerjaan tangan yang dikerjain oleh perorangan, pabrikan aja banyak kok yang sering ngelakukan kesalahan. Bahkan jumlahnya bisa gak keitung, wajar karena jumlah produksinya pun seabrek.

Tapi kalau kita kilas balik, hasil yang sempurna dari bengkel yang dicaci maki oleh pelanggan juga tidak sedikit jumlahya. Buktinya? Sederet piala dan penghargaan yang diterima bengkel modifikasi merupakan bukti kuat bahwa kerja mereka sudah sangat baik. Selain itu, motor yang sudah jadi dan konsumen puas dengan hasilnya, jumlahnya pun tak sedikit.

Tak pelak, kondisi ini menimbulkan pro dan kontra pada bengkel tersebut. Yang pernah merombak dan hasilnya bagus, sudah pasti pro kebengkel dimaksud. Tapi bagi yang pernah kecewa dengan hasil kerja bengkelnya, udah pasti kesel abis sama tuh bengkel.

Memang yang namanya kesalahan tak bisa dihindari. Yah namanya juga manusia bro. Tapi ada baiknya kalimat itu jangan dijadikan tameng. Kesalahan dan kekecewaan konsumen harus dikurangin hingga sekecil-kecilnya, agar kepuasan dan kepercayaan konsumen tetap terjaga. Meski sesungguhnya itu tak mungkin terjadi.

Saat ini bengkel modifikasi di Jakarta semakin banyak, orang-orang kreatif negeri ini kian bermunculan. Secara otomatis, mesin ide kreatif mereka harus semakin ditingkatkan dan yang terpenting berikan pelayanan dan hasil yang memuaskan bagi pelanggan.

  5. Cesar : Komunikasi hampi selalu dilakukan bro. tapi pihak bengkel bilangnya 1 minggu kelar, begitu sudah seminggu, ehh motor belon diapa apain, mundur lagi 2 minggu.. Nembak Muluu..

  8. Kebanyakan kan pada menghujat bengkel bengkel Modifikasi,,,,nah sekarang ane coba melihat dari perspektif yang beda,,dari sisi si modifikatornya,,,,,

    dari beberapa yang ane liat,,,,teryata banyak dari mereka yang berusaha professional,,,tapi sayangnya ada pelanggan yang tidak professional,,,seperti menunggak pembayaran,,,selalu menunda pembayaran,,,dengan alesan ngga punya uang,,kalo hanya 1-2 orang sich ga berdampak besar,,kalo banyak orang,,modifikator juga manusia yang punya rasa,,,masa iya kalo ngga bisa bayar modifikator akan ambil motor/barang barang yang ada di rumah pelanggan?? pastinya kan akan di beri waktu/tenggat waktu,,,nah ini jadi bumerang buat modifikator,,,karena perputaran uangnya tersendat,,,macet…..harusnya uang yang untuk proyek A di pake untuk proyek B dulu,,dan selanjutnya2x,,,ini yang bikin proses pengerjaan molor….mau se professional apapun,,kalo pelanggannya pada nembak,,,ya susah juga….
