D2M Dari Jakarta Hingga Papua
Gak mau menghilangkan nama bengkel yang membuat dirinya mampu berdiri sendiri. Hal inilah yang membuat sang tuner memutar otaknya untuk tetap membawa nama bengkel yang merupakan tempatnya belajar dari nol tentang dunia motor sebagai ungkapan terimakasihnya.
“Tadinya tetep mau menggunakan nama Duck Motor, tapi yang punya ngelarang,” papar Didi Nurhadi sang tuner sekaligus juragan bengkel D2M.
“Ngelarang bukan berarti gak boleh pake nama Duck Motor, tapi takutnya calon klient gw lari ke Duck Motor yang telah lama orang kenal, bukan Duck Motor yang gw bangun. Akhirnya nama Duffy Duck Motor gw pilih jadi nama bengkel gw yang disingkat jadi D2M Hasil Kebon. Embel-embel Hasil Kebon merupakan gambaran nyata kehidupan orang Betawi jaman dulu yang hidup dari hasil kebon, tapi buka berarti gw buka bengkel dari jual kebon,” jelas lajang Betawi ini sambil tertawa lebar.
Nama D2M mulai berkibar pada tahun 2000-an di dunia balap resmi dan liar. Kini, sekitar 400-an piala dari berbagai lomba memenuhi bengkel dan rumahnya.
Seiring perkembangan teknologi dunia otomotif roda dua, menuntut dirinya untuk terus dan belajar cepat memahami teknologi yang ada dalam motor-motor baru itu. Kini bengkel yang berada di Jl. Kapin No.1 Kalimalang Jakarta Timur, mampu mengerjakan beragam jenis motor, mulai dari motor bermesin dua tak hingga motor matik.
Semenjak nama bengkel D2M Hasil Kebon mulai dikenal, bengkel ini banyak kebanjiran order yang datang dari luar Jakarta, termasuk dari Papua
“Gak tentu sih berapa motor perharinya, yang pasti tiap hari ada terus. Sekarang aja lagi ngerjain motornya orang Lampung buat balap,” ungkap lelaki yang gak pernah lepas dari topinya.

“Butuh tiga tahun untuk menyabet juara, itupun awalnya gw hanya ada di lima besar. Gak gampang untuk jadi juara, makanya gw terus belajar dan belajar,” papar lelaki jebolan Universitas Krisna Dwipayana Jakarta-Timur ini.

Seiring perkembangan teknologi dunia otomotif roda dua, menuntut dirinya untuk terus dan belajar cepat memahami teknologi yang ada dalam motor-motor baru itu. Kini bengkel yang berada di Jl. Kapin No.1 Kalimalang Jakarta Timur, mampu mengerjakan beragam jenis motor, mulai dari motor bermesin dua tak hingga motor matik.

Semenjak nama bengkel D2M Hasil Kebon mulai dikenal, bengkel ini banyak kebanjiran order yang datang dari luar Jakarta, bahkan pesanan pengerjaan motor untuk balap juga datang dari Papua.

“Gak tentu sih berapa motor perharinya, yang pasti tiap hari ada terus termasuk motor-motor daerah. Sekarang aja lagi ngerjain motornya orang Lampung buat balap,” ungkap lelaki yang gak pernah lepas dari topinya.
