Atasi Bunyi Tikus Pada Scorpio

Hallo Gilamotor yang makin gila, saya Arif dari Semarang. Saya baru membeli Yamaha Scorpio second sekitar 2 bulan lalu. Awalnya tidak ada masalah, tapi setelah sering kehujanan saya sering mendengar ada bunyi seperti suara tikus dari bagian bawah motor. Kira-kira bunyi apa yah? Apakah tidak bermasalah?

Dear Mas Bro Arif. Masalah bunyi tikus jelas menjadi masalah karena suaranya pasti mengganggu. Jika tidak ada kesalahan, sumber bunyi yang umum terjadi pada Scorpio biasanya bersumber dari arm relay dan connecting rod yang kotor.

Untuk menghilangkan bunyi itu, Anda bisa membersihkan kotoran pada arm relay dan connecting rod. Setelah itu beri pelumasan dengan gemuk. Untuk mencegah bunyi itu datang kembali, ada baiknya Anda secara rutin membersihkannya.

  2. Bila masalah masih ada, ada baiknya check laher di swing arm, ada sepasang satu dikiri dan satu di kanan, harganya juga gak mahal koq, pasang sendiri juga bisa asal mau repot sedikit.

    di conrod – arm relay, dan di tumpuan swing arm.

    baiknya 1 bulan sekali bongkar dan bersihkan bagian swing arm dan conrod – arm relay, dengan membongkarnya di bengkel biasa aja..
    minta di bersihkan bushing-bushing besi nya (ada 3) di conrod – arm relay, dan 3 di swing arm.

    kalau saya biasanya habis 50ribu buat bersih-bersih itu,,
    kalau gak rutin tiap bulan, biasa nya bushing-bushing minta di ganti..
    1 bushing yang termahal (bushing panjang di tumpuan swing arm) harga nya 150ribu.. dan 5 bushing lainnya masing-masing kisaran 80ribu.
    harga pasti nya bisa di cek di “PART CATALOGUE” di website resmi yamaha indonesia.
