Gilmoter Yogyakarta: Izem, Makin Bengis Dengan CB 100

GILAMOTOR.com. – Gilmoters yang satu ini tak pernah jauh dari Honda CB 100. Sejak masih bocah sampai sekarang, dunianya tak jauh dari salah satu motor legendaris Honda ini. Karena itu pula, Irfan Fira’as a.k.a Izam Gas Poll, Gilmoters Jogjakarta ini jadi lihai ngoprek mesin motor.

Berikut adalah cerita yang ditulis Bro Izem tentang kisahnya bersama Honda CB100:

Honda CB 100 dengan nopol B3725ZM lansiran tahun 1987 pertama kali dikenalkan oleh Babeh ku sendiri sekitar tahun 1994 lalu. Waktu itu saya masih duduk di kelas 2 Sekolah Dasar. Kondisi CB milik babeh ku kira-kira masih 95% original dengan kapasitas silinder 99cc, tipe pengapian masih platina. Walaupun kondisi mesin masih standar, tapi motor ini masih nyaman buat dikendarai. Babeh bilang, kalau digass poll sampai mentok speednya sampai 115 kpj.

Saat saya duduk di kelas 4 SD, sayapun mulai belajar naik motor CB itu. Memang sih terlalu dini untuk naik motor. Tapi itulah saya, yang waktu itu bisa dibilang anak yang sedikit nakal dan ngeyel. Hehehehe…

Kebetulan waktu itu orang tua punya motor CB100 dan Sespa Super, tapi saya lebih tertarik dengan CB 100 ini. Seiring bergulirnya waktu, CB100 milik Babeh pun mulai mengalami perombakan ini dan itu. Mulai up-grade mesin sampai kaki-kaki. Di sektor kaki-kaki, sok depan diganti dengan sok GL Pro, cakram depan dan tromol belekang pakai punya RX King. Kalau mesin, dinaikan dari 99cc menjadi 156cc dengan mengaplikasikan seher Tiger, klep Tiger “serongan” dan pengapian menjadi CDI milik GL Pro series.

Saat itu, sekitar tahun 1999 tidak semua bengkel faham cara mengaplikasikan komponen mesin ke mesinnya. Jadi tidak mudah untuk memodifikasi mesiin. Akhirnya CB ini pun terbang ke Jakarta timur, ke bengkel Om saya di daerah Penggilingan Jakarta Timur. Hanya dalam kurun waktu dua minggu, CB kesayangan Babeh pun jadi. Nggak perlu nunggu lama-lama, Babeh pun langsung menjajal CB nya dengan membonceng saya dari Jakarta Timur – Banjar Jawa Barat.

Hasil oprekan itu, tenagapun makin bertambah, top speed kira nyampe 125-130 kpj dengan waktu yang lumayan pendek dan makin bengissssss… Secara waktu itu motor yang larinya kenceng masih jarang.. Jadi bisa dibilang CB ini jadi salah satu yang terkencang.. Hehehehe.. CB gitu loooh…

Singkat cerita, saya pun mulai belajar ngoprek seperti bongkar-pasang karbu, busi dan yang gampang-gampang untuk dikerjakan. Waktu itu saya masih duduk di bangku SMA kelas 1. Dengan bergulirnya waktu sayapun makin jatuh hati dengan motor cb ini dan rasa ingin tahu tentang mesin makin menjadi. Saya pun semakin mendalami ilmu mesin melalui motor CB ini.

Berjalannya waktu, saya mulai bisa bongkar pasang mesin CB dan sedikit-sedikit memahami kelistrikan. Rasanya bangga banget broo…. Walaupun cuma bongkar pasang, belum bisa upgrade, tapi senengnya sampai ke ubun-ubun. Girang bangeet dahhh… Secara mesin CB lebih rumit dari motor-motor standart lainnya. Misalnyanya ngetopin pengapian/seher yang nggak seperti motor standar yang masih ada tandanya di magnet. Kalau CB yang sudah aneh-aneh tandanya mggak ada. Jadi mainya cuma pakai feeling.. Feeling didapat dari pemahaman dasar konsep kerja motor 4 tak, bukan feeling yang ngasal, sodara-sodara…

Saya mulai menikmati jalan-jalan dengan CB. Walaupun rutenya cuma Banjar – Bandung – Jakarta. Itupun kalau lagi libur smesteran. Dan setelah lulus SMA, motor CB milik babeh pun diwariskan kepada saya. Karena menurut beliau, saya lebih pantas pegang motor CB. Mungkin karena saya sudah faham dengan motor CB ini. Jadi Babeh yakin melepas motor kesayangannya kepada saya, putera tercintanya.. Hehehe..

Setelah lulus SMA, Alhamdulilah saya pun diterima di salah satu Universitas Negeri di Yogyakrta. Di sanalah saya mendalami ilmu tentang motor dan mobil, karena kebetulan bidang yang saya ambil di bangku kuliah Automotive Enginer. Hasyrat mempelajari mesin CB pun makin menggila. Apalagi lingkungan tempat saya tinggal tak lepas dari dunia motor. Juga bersama teman-teman komunitas Gilamotor Chapter Jogjakarta. Dan tidak sedikit pula uang yang keluar hanya untuk membangun CB.

Banyak ‘dulur’ CB yang membangun CB-nya sampai ngeluarin kocek lebih dari Rp 40 juta. Memang sih, kalau sudah jadi hoby, nilai rupiah pun hilang. Dan saya pribadi pun nggak tahu sudah berapa banyak rupiah untuk membangun CB saya. Sudah berkali-kali CB saya ini mengalami evolusi dari zaman ke Zaman. Dari mulai warna hitam tangki glatik, pelek venom. Terus berevolusi ke warna biru dengan pelek D.I.D dan berevolusi lagi dengan tangki yang lebih besar, yaitu tangki CB 125 twin dengan warna pink. Motor pink ini saya namain “cinta style” Hahahaha.. Kemudia berubah bentuk lagi jadi warna merah. Dan perubahan spek mesinpun sudah tak terhitung.

Event CB pun hampir dua kali dalam sebulan dilaksanakan di Indonesia. Dan ritual muntir gass buat turing sudah menyatu dengan darah, seolah-olah sudah menjadi kebutuhan. Dan di sanalah detik-detik kepuasan klimaks di mana seseorang merasa puas mempunyai sebuah motor tua yang bertenaga muda. Pokonya menjadi kepuasan tersendiri.

Gara-gara kecanduan ngoprek dan turing bareng teman-teman CB, keterlambatan lulus pun menghampiri saya.. Jadi MA deh.. Mahasiswa Abadi.. Hehehe.
