Honda mencoba mengangkat kembali trend motor jadul yang legendaries ini. Bahkan sebelumnya, Super Cub (C90) dinobatkan sebagai the greatest motorcycle ever versi Discovery. Bedanya, Dream Super Cub sudah pakai teknologi modern.

Sebelumnya, motor berbesin 110 cc ini sudah hadir di Jepang, dan masuk pasar Thailand sebagai produk yang benar-benar baru. “Pada 2013, popularitas tren retro di kalangan remaja meningkat. Honda dengan bangga menawarkan Honda Dream Super Cub ke pasar di Thailand,” ucap Chi Aki Kato, Presiden AP Honda Co, Ltd.

“Model yang sama juga telah dirilis di Jepang dan juga telah menggunakan teknologi modern,” tambahnya.

Motor ini dibekali mesin 110cc 4-stroke SOHC dan telah mengaplikasi PGM-FI. Ini yang membuat Honda Super Cup dikatakan sebagai motor retro dengan teknologi modern. Harga jualnya 42 ribu Bath atau setara dengan Rp 13,8 jutaan.
