Ketua IMI, Harap Motor Besar Bisa Masuk Jalan Tol

GILAMOTOR.com – Ketua Umum Harley Davidson Club Indonesia (HDCI) yang juga sebagai Ketua Umum Ikatan Motor Indonesia (IMI), Nanan Sukarna, berharap motor bermesin besar bisa masuk jalan tol. Menurutnya, motor bermesin  besar punya kecepatan yang tak kalah dengan mobil. Selain itu, motor besar mesinnya akan cepat panas jika berjalan perlan.

Harapan itu diutarakan Nanan Sukarna di sela-sela perayaan hari jadi ke-50 HDCI di kawasan SCBD, Jakarta, Kamis (6/6). Berkaca pada kebijakan pemerintah luar negeri yang memperbolehkan motor besar masuk jalan tol, Ia juga berharap pemerintah Indonesia punya kebijakan yang sama.

“Saya ingin motor besar bisa masuk jalan tol seperti di luar negeri,” ungkap Nanan di Jakarta. “Motor besar punya kecepatan yang tak kalah dengan mobil, lagi pula kalau dibawa pelan mesinnya akan cepat panas,” tambah Nanan.

Lebih lanjut Nanan menjelaskan, hal itu sudah diusulkan kepada pemerintah dan masih dalam proses apakah motor besar boleh masuk jalan tol atau tidak. “Negara kita negara hukum yang punya aturan sendiri jadi semuanya tergantung dari pemerintah. Ini obsesi saya, semoga bisa terwujud.”

Nanan juga punya harapan, larangan motor masuk tol itu di hari-hari tertentu saja. Misal setiap akhir pekan motor besar boleh masuk tol. “Karena kebanyakan motor besar keluarnya di akhir pekan,” harapnya.
