PT Pos Indonesia: Motor Honda Irit, Resale Value Tinggi

GILAMOTOR.com – PT. Pos Indonesia kembali bekerjasama dengan PT. Astra Honda Motor (AHM) dalam pengadaan armada operasional pengantar surat dan barang. Dan Honda Absolute Revo terpilih sebagai alat trasportasi untuk pengantar surat dan barang secara nasional oleh PT Pos Indonesia.

Sebanyak 1.246 unit Honda Absolute Revo tipe standar yang sudah dicat orange, diserahkan kepada pihak PT Pos Indonesia. Prosesi penyerahan dilakukan secara simbolik oleh AHM kepada PT Pos Indonesia di main dealer Honda PT Daya Adicipta Mustika (DAM) di Bandung (9/10).

Ini bukanlah kali pertama PT Pos bekerjasama dengan Honda. Sejak tahun 1995, motor Honda sudah jadi motor operasional pengantar surat dan barang. Tercatat sudah 22,916 unit motor Honda yang jadi armada pengangkut PT Pos Indonesia.

“Selain faktor produk, layanan purna jualnya yang mudah dan jaringan bengkel resminya yang tersebar di mana-mana, membuat kami memilih Honda. Kalau dihitung dari dulu, sepeda motor Honda memang paling banyak digunakan oleh PT Pos Indonesia. Kami berharap kerja sama ini dapat berlanjut di masa mendatang.” ujar Direktur Surat dan Paket PT Pos Indonesia Ismanto di sela-sela prosesi penyerahan unit Honda Revo.

Lebih lanjut Ismanto memaparkan, selain masalah ketangguhan dan keiritan mesinnya, harga jual kembalinya setelah motor itu jadi milik karyawan PT Pos Indonesia juga masih tinggi. “Setelah 5 tahun motor itu akan jadi milik mereka (karyawan PT Pos). Dan itu terserah mereka, mau dipakai sendiri atau dijual, karena harga jualnya masih tinggi,” beber Ismanto.

“Kehandalan motor Honda sudah teruji oleh orang-orang Pos sendiri sebagai armada pengantar surat dan barang,” tegasnya.

Dalam sehari, motor Honda tunggangan petugas pengirim surat dan barang bisa menempuh jarak sekitar 40km. Dan motor-motor itu digunakan selama 5 tahun oleh PT Pos Indonesia sebelum menjadi hak milik petugas pengantarnya. “Motor ini bagus karena didukung juga oleh spare part dan after sales yang bagus. Saking bagusnya, mereka tak mau motornya diganti, kata mereka motornya masih bagus. Karena masa kontrak pemakaian motor sebelum jadi milik mereka hanya 5 tahun saja,” tutup Ismanto.
