Lelaki yang juga penunggang Ducati ini mengorbankan Scorpio nya untuk diubah jadi model vintage custom. Tak butuh waktu lama bagi Danny untuk memutuskan kapan waktu yang tepat untuk peroses penggarapannya.

Sesuai rujukan ubahan yang akan diambil dalam upacara pengorbanan Scorpio, yakni model vintage, pengerjaan awal dipusatkan pada kaki-kaki. Donny memanfaatkan limbah upside down Yamaha R6 tahun 2010. Sementara rodanya menggunakan pelek TK Japan 18 x 3.00 inch plus hub roda custom yang disandingkan dengan ban Shinko SR428 130/80-18. Mengarah ke buritan, lengan ayun dipoles ulang untuk menyamai kembarannya di luar negeri Yamaha TW200. Tujuannya supaya bisa mengakomodir pelek custom berukuran besar, 14 x 5.00 inch, berbalut karet hitam dari Shinko SR428 180/80-14.

Biar makin berkelas, mono shock belakang dibebas tugaskan dan diganti dengan mono shock keluaran Ohlins limbah Yamaha R6. Usai pernggarapan kaki-kaki, kesan jangkung langsung terlihat di bodi Scorpio.

Bodi dibuat simple tapi terkesan elegan. Karena itu adalah permintaan sang empunya motor, “Gue pengen yang simple, tapi konclong dengan tangki yang gw minta menggunakan material aluminium,” ucap Danny. Bentuk tangki sudah didapat sesuai permintaan, Donny melanjutkan pengerjaan dengan polishing tangki biar makin kinclong.

Peranti penunjang lain turut dijejalkan guna mengimbangi tampilan akhir yang diinginkan, stang labelan Barros, lampu-lampu aftermarket, karburator Keihin PWK 28 mm dan knalpot custom racikan Flash Muffer Custom untuk mendongkrak performa.

Tampilan berkilau, Scorpio ini pun berganti nama jadi The Luminous karena kilauan dari penampang bahan bakarnya yang bikin silau. Tampang minimalis dengan balutan wadah penampang bahan bakar yang berkilau plus ditunjang peranti-peranti modern dengan performa yang maksimal, mampu membuat tampilan keseluruhan motor ini menjadi pas dengan konsep ala streettracker yang diinginkan Bro Danny.
