Ahooy Geboy, Klub Motor Super Bejo

GILAMOTOR.com – Ahooy Geboy.. Ini nama klub motor baru yang diusung dua komedian berkepala pelontos, Jhody dan Edwin.

Dua komedian yang dulu sempat meramaikan belantika musik Indonesia melalui grup band Super Bejo ini memperkenalkan klub motor Ahooy Geboy di Bandung, Jawa Barat, setelah melakukan turing dari Jakarta bersama 10 anggota Ahooy Geboy lainnya pada Sabtu (29/3) kemarin.

”Kami melakukan perjalanan ringan-ringan saja. Sekaligus ingin memberi edukasi kepada pengendara sepeda motor bahwa keselamatan berkendara sangat penting. Kita juga ingin ikut mengampanyekan keselamatan dan disiplin berlalulintas kepada masyarakat,” ucap Edwin, dalam siaran pers, Selasa (1/4).

Turing yang sekaligus jadi aktivitas perdana Ahooy Geboy bertujuan memberikan lencana sayap kepada seluruh anggota klub. “Klub Ahooy Geboy baru terbentuk. Ini adalah kegiatan pertama, di mana kami melakukan perjalanan dengan Vespa Primavera menuju Bandung. Di Bandung kami juga melakukan seremoni penyematan wings kepada semua anggota yang jumlahnya 12 orang,” terang Jhody.

Jabatan anggota-anggotanya terbilang lucu. Jhody dan Edwin menjabat sebagai Perdana Menteri. Sedangkan 10 anggota lainnya yang terdiri dari Kamal, Afif, Dafi, Irang, Takaeda, Dani, Berlin, Adam, Rizki, dan Dedi, memangku jabatan President. Nggak tau deh, apa jabatan anggota baru lainnya nanti.

Anggota Ahooy Geboy memiliki latar belakang bervariasi, mulai dari musisi, pengusaha, modifikator, hingga pekerja kantoran.

Selain penyematan lencana, klub Ahooy Geboy juga menggelar serangkaian acara di Roemah Kebon Jeroek yang berada di kawasan Dago Giri, Bandung.

Pada acara tersebut Ahooy Geboy mengisi acara bersama 100-an bikres dari komunitas motor macam Bikers Brotherhood (Chapter Jawa Barat), Pas-Chell, RIDISS, dan Club Asosiasi Honda CBR Indonesia (CEBERUS Bandung, CBR RIDERS  Jakarta, Bekasi, Depok, Banten).

Nama Ahooy Geboy lahir dari pemikiran Jhody yang kemudian disepakati kelompoknya. Jhody sendiri mengakui bahwa tidak ada arti mengikat pada komunitas yang resmi berdiri sejak 11 Desember 2013 (11-12-13) itu. “Pokoknya Ahooy Geboy itu segala hal yang asik-asik, santai, bagus, di mana intinya tidak mau repot,” ucapnya.

Klub motor ini punya logo yang unik, yaitu tengkorak dengan mata melotot serta memakai behel di gigi dan dasi kupu-kupu.
