Sayangnya ini masih dalam bentuk konsep. Namun demikian, setidaknya melalui konsep ini terlihat arah perubahan desain produknya yang nggak melulu menggunakan tebeng lampu dan bodi yang cendrung membulat. Draken terlihat lebih agresif dan sporty melalui garis-garis bodi yang tegas.
Apakah ini dipengaruhi dari kolaborasi antara TVS dengan BMW? Bisa jadi.
Garis desain TVS Draken ada kemiripan dengan desain motor sport asal Austria, KTM Duke. Khusnya pada bagian tangki hingga shroud nya. Tapi secara keseluruhan, tampilan Draken 250 terlihat lebih berani dan agresif.
Draken menggendong mesin 249,2 cc DOHC 4 katup berpendingin cairan. Mesin dengan bore (77 mm x 55.3 mm) yang sedikit lebih besar dari CBR250R (76 mm x 55 mm) diklaim TVS mampu memproduksi tenaga hingga 38.5 hp pada 12.000 rpm dan torsi maksimum mencapai 23 Nm pada 9.500 rpm yang akan ditransfer ke roda melalui transmisi 6 percepatan.
