Karena basis mesinnya dari CBR250R, maka spesifikasinya pun sama, mesin 250cc, 1-silinder, DOHC, PGMFI, dengan luaran tenaga 29 hp dan torsi 23 Nm dengan transmisi 6-speed.

Honda memberikan fitur mode pengendaraan yang bisa menekan konsumsi bbm. Dengan metode itu, Honda mengklaim konsumsi BBM nya tembus 50,1 km per liter.
