Adira Insurance Tingkatkan Kualitas Pelayanan Konsumen

Adira Insurance juga memberikan voucher bensin senilai Rp 200.000,00 dan voucher Asuransi Demam Berdarah (DBD) gratis khusus untuk Pelanggan produk asuransi mobil Autocillin dengan cara menunjukkan isi SMS yang dikirimkan oleh Adira Insurance.

Selanjutnya, jajaran direksi dan manajemen Adira Insurance juga terjun langsung melayani Pelanggan di beberapa kantor cabang serta titik-titik yang berinteraksi langsung dengan Pelanggan.

Kegiatan juga berlangsung di rumah sakit dimana direksi Adira Insurance menyapa Pelanggan Medicillin, sebuah asuransi kesehatan dari Adira Insurance. “Kegiatan tersebut merupakan wujud apresiasi bagi masyarakat Indonesia di Hari Pelanggan Nasional ini,” kata Ernita Sari, Business Support Division Head Adira Insurance.

Ernita mengatakan Adira Insurance juga tidak berhenti memberikan pelayanan yang prima bagi para Pelanggan. Salah satu langkahnya adalah melakukan pemantauan kualitas pelayanan yang ada di Perusahaan melalui Team Service Quality yaitu survei kepuasan Pelanggan yang dilakukan setiap bulannya dan Team Market Research yaitu survei kepuasan Pelanggan yang dilakukan setiap tahunnya.

Bagi Adira Insurance, loyalitas Pelanggan juga merupakan salah satu hal utama yang harus diperhatikan untuk mendapatkan loyalitas pelanggan. Terbukti pada periode Januari-Agustus 2014 Adira Insurance telah memiliki polis aktif lebih dari 8,4 juta unit. Meningkat 18,5 persen dari periode yang sama tahun lalu.

Adira Insurance juga telah memperoleh total premi bruto lebih dari Rp 1,47 miliar dimana total premi bruto tersebut meningkat 18,5 % dari total premi bruto periode Januari-Agustus tahun 2013. Adapun kontribusi terbanyak premi bruto Adira Insurance berasal dari premi bruto produk kendaraan bermotor yaitu sebesar 57 % dari total premi keseluruhan.
