Usai melumuri seluruh nipple jari-jari dengan Loctite hingga kering, gunakan Sikaflex 221 untuk menutupi seluruh tapakan velg bagian dalam khususnya bagian nipple jari-jari agar tak ada celah atau lubang. Pastikan penggunaan Sikaflex 221 merata pada seluruh velg bagian dalam dan pusatkan pada bagian nipple jari-jari.
Lantas diamkan velg yang telah dilumuri Sikaflex paling tidak selama 24 jam agar benar-benar kering. Bisa juga menggunakan pemanas agar lebih cepat kering. Namun lebih baik tunggu setelah 24 jam agar benar-benar kering dan melekat di velg.
Langkah terakhir, lapisi velg yang telah dilumuri Sikaflex dengan Silicone Glass Sealent atau yang biasa digunakan untuk mengelem kaca. Lakukan pelapisan Silicon glass secara bertahap setiap 10 cm dan terus dilakukan langkah yang sama hingga seluruh velg bagian dalam terlapisi Silicon Glass dan diamkan hingga kering paling tidak selama 2 hari.
Yang perlu diperhatikan saat pengaplikasian Sikaflex dan Silicon Glass adalah bagian ujung atau sisi velg yang dilapisi. Karena jika sedikit saja ada celah, sudah pasti velg tersebut tak bisa digunakan untuk ban tubeless.
Penggunaan Sikasflex untuk velg berukuran 3.5 – 5 inch bisa menghabiskan 2 – 5 tabung Sikaflex 221. Begitu juga dengan penggunaan Silicon Glass Sealent.
Jika pembuatan velg tubeless jari-jari di bengkel, paling tidak konsumen harus merogoh kocek hingga Rp 450 ribu. Tapi semua tergantung ukuran velg yang digunakan, makin besar dan lebar velg nya, makin mahal pula biaya yang dikeluarkan.

    OOT ya? emang iya tapi yg difokuskan adalah ada kok di jual selendang untuk menutupi bagian2 yang kemungkinan bisa jadi jalannya udara di velg jari
