Pedrosa : Honda Blade Cocok Untuk Belajar Balap
GilaMotor,JAKARTA.- Kehadiran pembalap kelas dunia dari tim Repsol Honda, Dani Pedrosa ke Indonesia, tentunya memberikan semangat dan inspirasi tersendiri. Pedrosa yang hadir selama dua hari untuk menjumpai para penggemarnya di Indonesia sekaligus sebagai Instruktur tamu di Honda Racing School (HRC).
Selama berada di Sentul, Pedrosa memberikan pengarahan dan semangat kepada 16 siswa didik di HRS berusia 11 hingga 15 tahun. Selain itu, Pedrosa juga menunjukan aksinya melahap lintasan sentul kecil sebanyak 3 putaran dengan Honda Blade 110cc dengan desain warna bergaya tim Repsol Honda.
Menurut Pedrosa, Honda Blade 110 cc ini sangat cocok untuk anak-anak didik di HRS guna memahami bagaimana cara balap motor.
“Sungguh sangat menyenangkan mengendarai Honda Blade 110 cc,” ungkap Pedrosa.
“Tentu tenaga mesinnya sangat kecil dibanding dengan Honda RC212V yang saya gunakan di MotoGP, tapi saya pikir motor ini sangat bagus bagi siswa HRS untuk mulai memahami bagaimana mengendarai motor agar terbiasa dengan perlengkapan dan gaya berkendara.”
Sebelum benar-benar meninggalkan Jakarta, Pedrosa sedikit memberikan wejangan kepada para calon pembalap muda Indonesia di Honda Racing School. “Saran terbaik yang dapat saya sampaikan kepada Anda adalah untuk mengikuti naluri dari hati Anda. Anda memiliki satu kesempatan dalam hidup, jadi Anda harus mengingat ini. Ketika saya memulai saya juga masih sangat kecil, tapi saya punya gairah dan semangat,” kata Pedrosa.
“Saya tak pernah bisa membayangkan bahwa saya akan balapan di kejuaraan dunia, tapi saya sangat beruntung menjadi bagian dari proyek itu seperti Anda sekarang. Jadi Anda harus terus bermimpi dan bekerja keras untuk membuat impian menjadi kenyataan.”
