GILAMOTOR.com, Jakarta. – Sebanyak 2.507 konsumen Honda, berangkat ke kampung halamannya dalam program Mudik Bareng Honda (MBH) 2012 dari pelataran gedung PT Astra Honda Motor (AHM) di kawasan Sunter, Jakarta Utara, pagi tadi (15/8).
Di tahun ke-7 penyelenggaraan mudik bareng ini, MBH mengambil dua rute mudik bareng yaitu Jakarta-Semarang dan Jakarta Jogjakarta. Sementara untuk Balik Bareng, AHM mengambil rute Semarang-Jakarta.
“Mulai dua tahun yang lalu, kami memelopori pengangkutan sepeda motor pemudik menggunakan truk dan mengantarkan para pemudik tersebut dengan bus ke kampung halamannya. Kami melihat ini sangat positif sehingga kami kembali melanjutkan kembali tahun ini,†papar General Manager Honda Customer Care Center (HC3) Division AHM, Istiani Susriati.
Dengan 24 truk, AHM mengantarkan sekitar 1.200 unit motor pemudik yang diberangkatkan dua hari sebelumnya. Dan 58 bus AC untuk mengantarkan 1.210 pemudik tujuan Semarang dan 1.297 pemudik tujuan Jogjakarta.
Turut hadir dalam pelepasan rombongan MBH kali ini Direktur Jenderal Perhubungan Darat Kementerian Perhubungan (Kemenhub) Suroyo Alimoeso, Kabagsop Korlantas Mabes Polri, Kombes Pol Bambang Sugeng, dan Marketing Director AHM Margono Tanuwijaya.
“Program ini sangat bagus. Selain bisa membantu masyarakat untuk mudik dengan aman dan nyaman, hal ini juga membantu mengurangi angka kecelakaan yang didominasi oleh para pengendara motor,†ujar Direktur Jenderal Perhubungan Darat Kementerian Perhubungan (Kemenhub) Suroyo Alimoeso.
MBH Bukan Agen Urbanisasi
Dalam program Mudik-Balik Bareng Honda, PT AHM mewajibkan seluruh peserta memiliki kartu identitas kependudukan wilayah Jabodetabek. Hal ini difokuskan Honda untuk mencegah pendatang baru ke Jakarta tanpa kartu identitas kependudukan wilayah Jabodetabek.
“Salah satu syarat untuk ikut Mudik Bareng Honda (MBH) adalah punya KTP wilayah Jabodetabek. Hal ini untuk menghindari warga yang tak punya KTP wilayah kependudukan Jabodetabek datang ke Jakarta, karena kami bukan agen urbanisasi,†jelas Istiani.
Selain memfasilitasi pemudik untuk pulang kampung melalui MBH, AHM bersama Main Dealer Honda pun menemani para pemudik selama periode mudik dan balik lebaran melalui Bale Santai Honda (BSH) yang bediri di 28 lokasi terdiri dari 18 Posko 24 jam dan 5 AHASS Siaga 16 jam dengan waktu operasi mulai jam 7 pagi – 11 malam.
