Yamaha X-Ride, Keren Cuma Rp 14.4 Juta

GILAMOTOR.com. – Xtreem dan Xciting, itulah makna nama X-Ride pada skutik baru Yamaha yang perkenalkan kepada media di Cangkringan Villas, Jogjakarta, hari ini Rabu 27 Maret 2013. Skutik ini dibandrol Rp 14.400.000 otr Jakarta. Untuk Special Edition dibandrol Rp 15.000.000 otr Jakarta dan untuk model Adventure Edition Rp 16.565.000 otr Jakarta.

Yamaha menjelaskan, Xtreem untuk tampilannya yang baru, gaul, keren dan tak ada duanya. Sementara Xciting buat performanya yang memiliki akselerasi spontan dan tangguh di segala medan.

Di sekutik ini, tentunya Yamaha menyematkan teknologi yang diterapkan di MotoGP macam DiAsil Cylinder dan Forged Piston yang dikombinasi dengan teknologi YMJET-FI yang bikin konsumsi bahan bakar makin irit dan kencang. Meski mesinnya sama dengan Soul GT, tapi performa 5 persen lebih baik dan kecepatan juga meningkat.

Desainnya banyak berkiblat pada seni motor trail dan offroad. Hal itu digambarkan dari desain khususnya bagian kaki-kaki. Ban lebih besar dan ground clearance lebih tinggi dibanding skutik kebanyakan. Sok depan dan belakang juga lebih panjang dengan diameter lebih besar.

“Kita mendesain motor ini dengan pemikiran menghadirkan desain motor yang belum terlihat sebelumnya,” ucap Radityo Andi Dharma Head of Brand & Product Management.

Fitur lainnya yang akan menarik perhatian lebih ada pada desain bodinya. Pertama pada lampu depan yang dirancang layaknya lampu motor penjelajah. Lampu senjanya unik bentuknya V menambah kesan sporty. Yang lebih mentereng lagi, desain lampu belakangnya menyerupai knalpot undertail ala Superbike. Sedangkan lampu seinnya menggunakan konsep Moto-Cross Flexible Flasher Lamp yang terinspirasi motor cross yang sporty dan gagah namun juga fleksibel sehingga tidak mudah patah saat di parkiran.

Karakter motor trail makin kental dengan stang seperti tipe stang motor trail. Jadi lebih kokoh dan handling lebih mantap. Speedometer X-Ride didesain lebih ringkas dan modern. Yang baru dari penemuan baru Yamaha, pada cover tandem foot rest ditambahkan kisi-kisi udara untuk membantu pendinginan mesin agar lebih optimal dan tampilannya unik. Kunci kontak X-Ride terintegrasi, memiliki tiga fungsi untuk membuka bagasi, menghidupkan motor dan mengunci motor. Sudah dilengkapi Smart Lock System. Dan posisi tangki terlindungi di bawah jok. Ukuran tangki bensin lebih besar menampung 4,8 liter.

Yamaha menyediakan empat pilihan warna; Drifting Black (Hitam Orange), Adventure Black (Hitam Merah), Skater White (Putih Merah) dan Crosser Blue (Biru Putih).
