Sementara rekan satu tim Lorenzo, Valentino Rossi duduk di posisi ketiga dengan catatan waktu 1 menit 34.972 detik.

Tapi ini masih masih latihan bebas pertama loh, bukan kualifikasi apalagi balapan. Jadi para pembalap belum maksimal geber motornya. Penentunya nanti, hari Minggu 19 Mei 2013.
