GILAMOTOR.com, Jakarta. – Seiring pertumbuhannya di pasar otomotif roda dua Indonesia, PT Bajaj Auto Indonesia (BAI) terus mendekatkan diri dengan konsumennya dengan mengembangkan jaringan dealer di Tanah Air.

Setelah memiliki 83 jaringan dealer di seluruh Indonesia, anak perusahaan Bajaj Auto Ltd, India, yang didirikan pada pertengahan 2006 silam ini, akan menambah jaringan dealernya menjadi 140 dealer pada tahun 2011.

“Kita lihat, setelah 4 tahun produk Bajaj di Indonesia tidak pernah ada masalah yang berarti dan sudah sepantasnya lah kita lebih memperhatikan pelayanan kepada konsumen Bajaj,” papar Marketing & PR Asst. Manager PT BAI, Rizal Tandju.

“Pada Januari lalu kita sudah meresmikan 3 dealer di wilayah Jawa Barat,” kata Rizal. “Saat ini Bajaj sudah memiliki jaringan resmi mencapai 83 dealer dan pada 2011 akan bertambah menjadi 130 hingga 140 outlet. Semuanya berkapasitas 3S (Sales, Service dan Sparepart),” tambah Rizal.

Selain itu, BAI juga sudah resmi akan menempati pabrik baru untuk perakitan motor Bajaj yang berlokasi di kawasan Bekasi International Industrial Estate (BIIE) Jawa Barat. “Pabrik ini berkapasitas produksi mencapai 30 ribu unit,” pungkas Rizal.

Perusahaan ini mulai beroperasi dengan diluncurkannya Pulsar 180 pada bulan November 2006, diikuti dengan peluncuran Pulsar 200 pada bulan Januari 2008. Dan dalam waktu dekat, BAI akan menghadirkan Pulsar 220 DTSi.
