Nggak pakai banyak cingcong, Gilmoters langsung menentukan hari dan lokasi untuk melaksanakan sahur on the road.

Di hari H (27/7) kemarin sekitar jam 10 malam, satu persatu Gilmoters kumpul di kawasan Kalibata, Jakarta Selatan. Dana yang terkumpul seikhlasnya dari member Gilamotor, dibelikan beberapa paket makanan untuk menu santap sahur yang akan dibagikan kepada masyarakat kurang mampu yang tinggal di pinggir jalan raya, baik di gubuk maupun yang hidup dengan gerobaknya.

Sekitar jam 12 malam, para Gilmoters meluncur dari depan Plaza Kalibata ke arah pancoran. Tak ada tujuan pasti akan kemana sampainya, karena tujuannya adalah memberikan bantuan menu santap sahur kepada masyarakat kurang mampu yang ditemui di sepanjang perjalanan.

Memasuki kawasan Pancoran, jalan raya sangat padat. Padahal sudah lewat tengah malam. Soalnya malam itu banyak komunitas baik motor dan mobil melaksanakan sahur on the road. Melihat kondisi jalan raya ke arah Barat dan Utara sangat padat, Gilmoters pun memutar arah ke Selatan. Rombongan melewati jalan Warung Buncit menuju Ragunan, Cilandak, Kebagusan, Lenteng Agung sampai ke kawasan Depok.

“Sahur on the road ini membuat kita jadi sadar betapa besar nikmat Allah yang sudah diberikan kepada kita. Kita bisa riding dengan santainya, pulang ke rumah ada makanan dan saat ngantuk tinggal ke kamar untuk tidur. Tapi melihat meraka yang kita temui di jalan, belum tentu bisa merasakan apa yang kita rasakan. Untuk makan, mereka harus berjalan di sisi jalan raya menanti uluran bantuan dari orang dan untuk tidur hanya beralas Koran di bawah pohon atau di halte bus,” ucap Agus Prasetio, setelah menyerahkan beberapa menu makan sahur kepada kaum kurang mampu yang ditemui.

“Memang aksi kami ini tak seberapa dan tak ada apa-apa nya. Tapi kami yakin akan sedikit membantu mereka walau kecil. Tapi di balik itu, ada pelajaran besar yang kami dapat, yakni kita harus pandai bersyukur atas nikmat yang sudah diberkan Allah kepada kita,” tambah Teguh.

“Semoga ini akan berlanjut dalam skala yang lebih besar,” harap Gilmoters di sela-sela santap sahur setelah berkeliling.
