Honda Mega Pro 150 Belum Tentu Dipasarkan di Indonesia

Tak seperti yang dikabarkan beberapa media, bahwa Unicorn lah kandidat terbesar untuk menggantikan posisi Honda Mega Pro 160 cc di Indonesia. PT. Astra Honda Motor (AHM) selaku pemegang merek motor Honda di Indonesia, sepertinya belum tentu menghadirkan Honda Unicorn yang disebut-sebut sebagai pengganti Honda Mega Pro.

Sumber dari PT AHM yang tak mau disebutkan namanya mengatakan, “Sejauh ini AHM belum ada pembicaraan untuk memasarkan Mega Pro 150 cc atau di India disebut Honda Unicorn. Kami melihat peminat Honda Mega Pro 160 cc masih tinggi, jadi varian yang sudah ada kemungkinan akan terus bertahan,” paparnya.

Kemungkinan akan hadirnya generasi terbaru Mega Pro memang ada, namun untuk menghadirkan Honda Mega Pro 150 cc yang di India disebut dengan Unicorn sebagai pengganti Honda Mega Pro di Indonesia, rasanya akan jauh dari kenyataan.

Seperti diberitakan Tempointeraktif.Com, bahwa PT  AHM dengan tegas menyebut tidak ada rencana untuk memasukkan line up baru Honda itu ke Indonesia. “Karena (Honda) di masing-masing negara memiliki kebijakan sendiri yang sesuai dengan kondisi pasar yang dihadapi. Sehingga, (produk baru yang diluncurkan) juga disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan, keinginan, serta dinamika (persaingan) di pasar,” papar Kristanto, Kepala Komunikasi Perusahaan PT AHM.

Seandainya Honda Unicorn benar-benar akan dipasarkan di Indonesia dan diproyeksikan untuk menggantikan keberadaan Honda Mega Pro yang sudah ada, itu berati Mega Bro turun satu tingkat dari 160 cc ke 150 cc. Pun seandainya terjadi, apakah AHM sudah siap kehilangan pecinta Mega Pro karena penurunan cc nya?

  12. pertanyaannya mudah & simpel kok, masalah honda cuman pada harga, klo dulu seng ada lawan,tp setelah semua merk udah 4 tak baru kelihatan boongnya,bahwa dengan harga yg +/- sama,bisa dapat teknologi yg lebih apa lagi yg motor bajaj to dah dapat serba digital lagi,bahkan menurut saya dari suara mesin aja udah beda kualitasnya, megapro+tiger suara kasar (kata HONDA itu karena kompresi besar),lha tapi SCORPIO,VIXION suara gak kasar kok, bahkan honda CBR 150 juga alus,tapi beda ma produknya yg tahun 90-an,mesin tiger halus bro.aneh kan????,harga mahal kualitas turun, termasuk pada type bebeknya, kecuali CS-1 tapi muahaalll…,itu pun udah down grade dari SONIC yg asli thailan, coba dipikirin buat kita semua,karena kita ni sebagai pemakai,jangan mau rugi,kita beli juga gak murah lo,tolng pahami betul itu.
